Conditions of Use

Pricing - We are a UK based company and all goods are priced in GBP Sterling or in Euros.

Payment - can be made by

• Credit or Debit card via Google Checkout's secure encrypted payment gateway.
• Sterling cheque drawn on a UK Bank (will need to clear prior to the despatch of the order).
• UK Postal Order.

Stock Availability – Bet Ha Bracha endeavours to keep all items in stock and will generally despatch items by the next working day. In the unlikely event of an item being out of stock, we would contact you to advise of an updated expected delivery date and give you the option to cancel the order.

UK Postage - By default we send all our items by First Class Royal Mail and add a small amount to cover packaging costs. For guaranteed next day delivery, you must order before 4pm, Monday-Friday.

European Postage – All items will be sent via standard Royal Mail Airmail.

Delivery costs vary depending on weight, an estimation can be obtained from the link in the Shopping Cart. Delivery to the UK is normally within 1 to 2 working days.

Faulty goods – Due to our pre-despatch inspection policy it is highly unlikely that you will receive faulty goods. However, if you do receive damaged goods please contact us for further advice within 7 days and we will offer a full product replacement or, alternatively a refund can be given. Products should be returned to us in the original packaging. Refunds will be made via your original payment method.

Unwanted goods – If you decide you do not want the goods once they have been delivered you have up to 21 days to return them for a full refund. If you wish to return the goods please contact us via email for further instruction. The goods must be returned to us adequately packed (usually in the original packaging) and be in their original form (i.e. resalable condition). The customer will be liable for the return postage costs, and for your protection it is recommended that a ‘signed for’ service be used or get a receipt as proof of postage from the Post Office. The 21-day period will commence from the date of the invoice. Once the goods have been received back the refund will be made via your original payment method.
